Our newest morning favorite is a green tea smoothie we like to call the green tea summer morning smoothie. It’s easy to make and only has 5 ingredients
To 24oz of unsweetened, cold almond milk, add:
- 1 teaspoon local raw honey
- 1 teaspoon green tea matcha
(we recommend Aiya’s Organic Ceremonial Matcha) - 1 teaspoon cacao powder
(we like the organic cacao from Thrive Market) - 1 drop peppermint oil
(we use Doterra peppermint oil)
Blend on high for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
Optionally, add a couple of ice cubes before or after blending. We’ve found that we like both options to make it colder or the no ice option with cold almond milk, either way it’s awesomely refreshing and boosts focus!
